Talk to a human

Email support@getcadence.now — we answer within two business days, usually faster. Include your iPhone model and iOS version if it's a bug.

Cancel or change your subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Cadence, or the App Store app → your profile → Subscriptions. Cancelling keeps the app active until the end of the paid period. In-app: You → Membership → Manage subscription takes you to the same place.

Restore a purchase on a new phone

Sign in with the same Apple ID, then open the paywall and tap Restore. Membership follows your Apple ID, not your Cadence account.

Notifications aren't arriving

Check You → Notifications in the app (each nudge has its own switch), then iPhone Settings → Notifications → Cadence → Allow Notifications. Window pings are scheduled on-device from your plan, so they work without any connection.

Delete your account or data

You → Delete account erases the account and everything in it, permanently. Using local mode instead? You → Erase local data wipes the phone-only copy. Either way there is nothing left to ask us about — but you can always email us to confirm.

A note on safety

Cadence is a pacing tool, not medical care. If a taper is making you unwell — especially with alcohol — involve a clinician. In the U.S., the SAMHSA helpline (1-800-662-4357) is free, confidential, and open 24/7.
